Inn Policies | Belfast ME InnRATES: Single occupancy, deduct $5 - Triple occupancy, please add $25. Tariffs are based on double occupancy and are subject to change without notice at our bed and breakfast. Coastal Maine sales tax will be added. Tariff includes full gourmet breakfasts. All rooms have private baths and queen, double, or twin beds. RESERVATIONS: Require a 50% deposit on multiple night bookings if the reservation is made more than 14 days in advance of arrival date. Single night bookings are paid in full at time of reservation. PLEASE NOTE: All reservations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged in full at time of reservation. CANCELLATION OR CHANGES: If you must cancel or shorten the length of your reservation, you will receive a refund, minus a $35 processing fee per room, only if we are notified at least 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival.
